My client an established boutique Asset Manager is urgently looking to hire a Marketing Support Assistant/Team Administrator to support a team of 3 Sales & Marketing individuals.

The team is looking for the successful individual to be involved in clerical/office support work, branding, design and advertising. You must be organised, time efficient, flexible, good attention to detail, fast learner, able to take the initiative, hardworking, articulate with good communication skills.

Presentation is important as there will be small interaction with clients and other counterparties.

Duties:

The role will involve a wide range of tasks including the following:
1. Taking minutes in meetings
2. Writing up notes from Investor meetings provided by Sales representatives
3. CRM migration and general CRM updating and maintenance
4. Updating monthly performance reports by liaising with Finance
5. Managing distribution of monthly performance reports and other documentation
6. Drafting Investor Notes/Letters for distribution
7. Database updates - Barclays, CASAM etc.
8. Organising meetings/road shows
9. Conferences
10. Report writing
11. Marketing material - updating style, format, content etc.
12. Website maintenance
13. Advertising, Promotions & Press coverage
14. Liaising with Finance on various tasks including due diligence requests
15. Dealing with Brokers/Fund Administrators etc.
16. Investor call handling
17. Client entertainment
